LIMITED One-on-One Appointment request
PLEASE NOTE: We offer private, one on one appointments for clients with a range of special request or specific needs. These appointments are available for any client for any reason. The pricing for a private appointment will vary according to date/time and specific requests/needs of each client.

If you are seeking a limited, one-on-one appointment, please complete the following form. Within the ‘additional notes’ portion, be as specific as you are able/comfortable… For some, we may be able to waive appointment fees for at-risk or high-risk candidates when possible. Please note that with a client whom choses a one-on-one appointment based on preference, the appointment fee is paid directly to the stylist whom will be opening the facility outside of regular business hours… Salon Rosé does not profit from those funds. Gratuities for stylists who choose to offer special appointments for those in need or those whom prefer one-on-one attention is highly appreciated.
One-on-One appointments will be offered (when available) outside of any existing salon operations, typically in the morning or in the evening, and may be outside conventional salon hours. We will also have a very limited number of appointments on Sunday or Monday afternoons.
Our one-on-one appointments have a service minimum of $300 (can be combined product sales + service totals). The fee to book the exclusive one-on-one appointment is $150 which must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment and is non-refundable (paid directly to the stylist).
PLEASE NOTE: These appointments are for clients with specific requests or needs, including booking appointments for private groups, for neurodivergent individuals who wish to be the only client in the facility, for clients undergoing IMMUNOTHERAPY who may wish to limit the number of people the come into contact with…
-or- maybe you just fancy and want the place to yourself ;) - No matter the request, our incredible stylists and salon manager will do our best to ACCOMMODATE you!
Appointment Guidelines and Requirements;
Only clients with appointments are welcome. No addition guest such as friends, children, or pets can be in the facility for any reason without prior approval as a part of your request and agreement.
To check in, CALL the front desk at 512.409.2001 and inform the associate of your name, stylist and appointment time… they will check you in remotely and invite you inside.
Clients must reschedule their appointments if they have traveled, been in contact with someone who is ill, or been in contact with someone who has exposure to the virus (even if they are symptomatic ), within 14 days of their appointment. Any non-refundable deposit will remain as stated and we may require an additional deposit to re-book cancelled or rescheduled appointments. PLEASE NOTE: The deposit is paid directly to the stylist who had scheduled private time to accommodate your personal, specific requests.
