LIMITED One-on-One Appointment request

PLEASE NOTE: Regular ‘Private Appointments’ are our current standard, limited appointments in which no more than 5 stylist will be in the facility per working day while the salon will be closed to the public (no walk in or unscheduled appointments). If you are seeking a limited, one-on-one appointment, please complete the following form. Within the ‘additional notes’ portion, be as specific as you are able/comfortable… For some, we may be able to waive appointment fees for at-risk or high-risk candidates when possible. Please note that with a client whom choses a one-on-one appointment based on preference, the appointment fee is paid directly to the stylist whom will be opening the facility outside of regular business hours… Salon Rosé does not profit from those funds. Gratuities for stylists who choose to offer special appointments for those in need or those whom prefer one-on-one attention is highly appreciated.

One-on-One appointments will be offered (when available) outside of any existing salon operations, typically in the morning or in the evening, and may be outside conventional salon hours. We will also have a very limited number of appointments on Sunday or Monday afternoons.

Our one-on-one appointments have a service minimum of $200 (can be combined product sales + service totals). The fee to book the exclusive one-on-one appointment is $100 which must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment and is non-refundable (paid directly to the stylist).

PLEASE NOTE: One-on-one appointments are NOT for those who are or have been sick, exposed or are experiencing symptoms. These appointments are for those whom are within a higher risk category whom wish to further limit any chance of exposure by seeing their stylist one-on-one for the length of their appointment.


Appointment Guidelines and Requirements;

  • All guests must wear a mask while inside the facility.

  • Only clients with appointments are welcome. No addition guest such as friends, children, or pets can be in the facility for any reason.

  • To check in, CALL the front desk at 512.409.2001 and inform the associate of your name, stylist and appointment time… they will check you in remotely and invite you inside.

  • “Clean Hair Policy”… All clients required to come to the appointment with clean, dry hair. The use of shampoo stations will be limited to color service clientele only.

  • To be eligible for a service, all clients must be asymptomatic of any illness (including colds or unexpected allergies that might be early signs of a cold) for a period of at least 14 days prior to the to the appointment.

  • Clients must reschedule their appointments if they have traveled, been in contact with someone who is ill, or been in contact with someone who has exposure to the virus (even if they are symptomatic ), within 14 days of their appointment.
