The Salon Rosé cancellation policy is as follows;

  • Appointments that have been requested via our website and confirmed via a phone call or email are expected to be attended on time, prepared for adequate appointment time frame and for the client to be prepared for the requested services as recommended by your stylist. If the client has failed to inform the stylist of any detail of services need (example; failing to inform stylist of previous chemical treatments or misinforming the stylist of the current condition of your hair etc), the appointment is subject to change and possibly be rescheduled. It is imperative that the client is fully honest in disclosing accurate information to the stylist. If the stylist must reschedule the appointment due to negligence or misinformation on the clients behalf, a standard fee 50% of scheduled service total will be charged. If the appointment is still valid for previously confirmed date/time, the services total may simply be adjusted with no cancellation fee.

  • Appointments are requested online or by phone or social media and confirmed only by phone or by email. If you have requested an appointment and have not received a confirmation email or spoken to a manager, please call the salon at (512) 409-2001 to confirm your appointment. If you have not received a written confirmation via email or have spoken to an associate for appointment confirmation, your appointment is not valid. We send out email and/or text notifications AND process confirmation phone calls 48 hours prior to your appointment (in some cases confirmations will be 72 hours in advance if appointment is scheduled after a period in which the salon is closed).

  • IF FOR ANY NON-EMERGENCY REASON a client cancels their appointment with less than a full 48 hours from the appointment time, a fee of 50% of the total scheduled service will be charged. This is a non-refundable fee that is paid directly to the stylist who likely will not have the adequate time to fill your then-vacant time slot after cancellation.

  • EMERGENCY CANCELLATION is acceptable with confirmation from a manager or owner. This is to include unavoidable situations like sickness, injury, car accident, death in the immediate family etc. If you feel your cancellation was due to an emergency, please speak with a manager. PLEASE NOTE, a HANGOVER is NOT an emergency. Forgetting your appointment is NOT an emergency. Please plan to attend your appointment once confirmed or plan to pay for the stylists potentially wasted time if you are not able to make your appointment for any non-emergency reason.
