Appointment Guidelines and Requirements:

• If you would prefer to book with a human, call us; (512) 409-2001 and we will get you scheduled! It’s that easy. If you prefer to request an appointment online or outside of normal business hours, fill out the form below and we will reach out to confirm.

• Only clients with appointments/consultations are welcome inside the facility. We ask that you do not bring addition guest such as friends, children, or pets without formal permission (this does not apply to certified service animals).

• If you are not feeling well, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone that is known to be sick, please refrain from entering the facility. Give us a call, we will work to get you rescheduled!

• If you have additional questions about our appointment policy and/or changes that have been made recently, please call us at (512) 409-2001.
